I have worked with animals for over 50 years. As a child I trained the family dogs and my pet chicken which won first place in the local 4-H pet show. I always knew I would be involved with animals and went to college to be a veterinary technician. I worked as a Vet Technician for three years. I then went to work at the Phoenix Zoo for 2 years. I found an upscale dog training facility that worked with last chance dogs and caring people. I knew this was my calling. I apprenticed and worked there for 7 years. In that time I trained hundreds of dogs, instructed group classes, taught private lessons, snake aversion class, and started my grooming career. My personal pet, Georgia, that I had trained was chosen to play a major role in a music video for Ray Herndon titled "My Dog Thinks I'm Elvis". I then moved back to Georgia and continued as a trainer and groomer.

Dogs have always been a major part of my life and today I have 11 rescues that live with me. They help with training and socialization.
